Booking Policies

Arrival & Departure
Check-in is available from 16:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Early arrival or late departure may be requested subject to availability.

Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of €1,500 is required upon check-in to cover any incidental damages during your stay.

Payment Terms
A 25% non-refundable deposit confirms your reservation. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 60+ days before arrival receive a full refund minus the deposit. Within 60 days, payments are non-refundable.
