Refundable Bookings
Because of the unique setting of Villa Verde and the preparation involved in luxury hosting, we offer a refund policy based on timing. To receive a full refund, notice must be given at least 14 days before arrival. Once confirmed: • Cancellations made 14 days or more before travel qualify for a return of funds; • Shorter notice periods will result in the loss of the payment; • Early departures or no-shows are not eligible for any credits; • Personal schedule shifts within the 14-day window do not permit a refund. We suggest all travelers obtain comprehensive insurance to cover unexpected issues that might impact their trip.
Schedule Updates & Revisions
Requests to adjust the timing of a visit are evaluated individually by Villa Verde management based on: • Current villa occupancy; • Seasonal rate fluctuations; • Differences in nightly costs.
