By confirming a reservation with Villa Verde, guests acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
A booking is considered confirmed once:
• A reservation request has been accepted by Villa Verde;
• The required payment has been received; and
• Written confirmation has been provided to the guest.
Until full confirmation is issued, Villa Verde reserves the right to accept other booking requests.

Non-Refundable Bookings
Due to the private nature of Villa Verde, limited availability, and the preparation required to deliver a personalised luxury experience, all confirmed bookings are strictly non-refundable.
Once a reservation has been confirmed:
• Payments made towards the booking cannot be refunded;
• Cancellation of the reservation will not result in reimbursement;
• Unused nights, shortened stays, or late arrivals are not eligible for refunds;
• Changes to travel plans or personal circumstances do not qualify for a refund.
Guests are strongly encouraged to arrange suitable travel insurance to provide protection against unforeseen events that may affect their ability to travel.
Date Changes & Amendments
Requests to modify booking dates may be considered at the discretion of Villa Verde and are subject to:
• Availability of the villa;
• Seasonal restrictions;
• Applicable pricing differences.
Any approved date changes must be confirmed in writing by Villa Verde. A change request does not guarantee that the original reservation dates can be transferred.
